In this year in summer i bought gta 4 on steam summer sale, but my internet is very slow (because its free :l) and i dont wanna download 12 gb on that. Ah, im sorry firefighter, i didnt find the word what i mean, so, my crack deleted my windows live in gta 4 maybe i can do something to return this?

I think if you place it in the right Steam directory (don't know which one, I have a disk version) and then check the integrity of the files, Steam will replace crack files with original ones.

You could install your HDD into a friends computer who has access to a faster internet connection, download the game and then place your HDD back into your own PC.
