It does look aged, it has the old NYPD badge in the upper left corner. I have never seen this before either though.

guys these are raid jackets thats why you may not have seen them before.

I made an NYPD raid jacket way back when, I'm sure I still have the texture (it was for the FIB officer) if you want me to send it to you.
