I wonder if the random events only appear once and than never again (after completing them) so there will be no more events after completing them all or if they reappear again

They repeat, if it's the type where someone's wallet gets stolen for example. If you're referring to Strangers and Freaks, they can be replayed from the mission menu (I think).

I know Stranger and Freaks Missions can be replayed, I spent like 1 hour in the city for some random event to show up (for a video) but nothing happend and now I saw in my statistics how many from how many random events I have completed which made me about worried

They reappear. I've had the one event where a girl gets her money stolen, after taking it out of an ATM, by a man on a dirt bike like 5 times.

yeah they reappear sometimes you wont get any for awhile and sometimes there will be a lot...I love the random events it makes gta v have a lot of replay value unlike iv

I'm almost positive that there are some random events that don't repeat, for example returning a bike and get 100.000$ as reward
