Im new to this mod and i just want to know why i cant pull cars over when im driving, check the drivers license etc (like ive seen in videos from youtube). i would also like to know how i can install other mods, like a british police mod or something. Im new to this whole mod thing and i really just need some help...

    No, that IS the problem ;) To pull over someone you press 'shift' and follow the instructions that follow on the screen.
