game glitching

ok so i start up the game, everything is fine. then after a while, a script or 2 will start to glitch and force me to do a debug (alt+del). however, after i do a debug, my graphic texture starts to bug out as well forcing me to restart the game. Anyone else having this issue?

processor: AMD FX 6350 Six-core 3.90Ghz

Gpu: Asus Nvidia Geforce GTX760

 

i dont think my pc is the problem however, ill try what you told me to do :)

 

also (im kinda a newbie at this) how would i go about posting the log?

Well, your pc is powerful enough.

You just go to this link: ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) and run the tool as administrator. Follow the instructions when you run it.

 may i also add, when i checked GTA IV with  the tool you sent me, it says my ASI loader is not found and my .Net Scripthook is out of date.

If you are missing the ASI-loader, it means something went wrong during the installation. Reinstall LCPDFR, with administrative rights. It's the only way to get it to work. 

In your GTA IV install directory, you should have either DSOUND.dll or XLIVE.dll (that's the ASI-loader).

ok so i removed xlive.dll  

 

will that fix the problems im having?

 

like i mentioned on the first post, for some reason, LCPDFR will glitch randomly (ex: traffic stops cannot be performed, calls for backup and/or prisoner transport will never arrive.)

Is there a way to prevent stuff like that from happening?

No, you can't prevent stuff like that, but what you can do is install those latest scripthook files.

i have already. it turns out i already had them installed. also when i run the diagnostic tool, it says my .Net scripthook is out of date.

Huh, that's not supposed to work. 

I took out xlive and gta shat itself. It crashed suddenly and wouldn't start up, pop it back in with dsound and its perfect :s
