You just need to login, if you have a gamertag with your live account. What's the exact message you are getting? 

 

And no, ASI loader is already installed with the automatic LCPDFR installer.

Ok Im sorry when i open gta iv and try to save it says downloading profile then it says that gamertag it says would u like ti do it now i say yes then it opens the login link in iy internet explorer but it says im offline on that i use google chrome and it think its a login page can u help me get offline mode or help
