Does any one know how to enable halogen lights in els v7? I can't find it

In the els.ini i think it is, change it to Halogen. If it's not it's in the ini in the els folder.

In V7, it's in the ini inside the ELS folder, in V5 and V6 it's in the main ELS.ini.

Read the ELS User Manual btw. Has a lot of good info.

I found it but is their a way to set it for just one car not all of them like in v6?

Read the manual, it says it in there. You need to set the primary lights as rota.

you need to go into the INI(located in the main GTA IV directory>ELS>police.ini, police2.ini, etc) of the car you want to make halogen and change the primary light setting from leds to rota , all of this is in the user manual
