Hello, I am using ELS 7 and an Xbox 360 Controller to play GTA IV. When I'm running code 3 (Lights and sirens) and try to use my horn by clicking the left thumb stick I get my horn and the secondary siren at the same time. Is there a way to only have the secondary siren when running code 3? I don't want the horn to make any noise when I have my sirens going. In a firetruck this could be useful I guess, but not in a police car. It doesn't sound realistic.

As sKuare said, It's not designed to work with a gamepad. 

It's not only not meant to work with a controller but ELS V7 does not use the GTA IV horn function at all, which is why when pressing the GTA native horn button it will cycle one of the siren sounds and play the horn at the same time. You have to use the ELS keys to control the siren/horn otherwise it will do what you describe.

Thank you for describing what the problem is. I think I may have a solution. And that is to remap the controller.
