Just wondering, is there any sort of "portable radio" mod out there? I don't like using the one contained in SNT because when I want to ignore a call, it skips the song.

 

I remember someone posting something similar awhile back but I didn't bookmark it, unfortunately.

This is what i use, works very well you can also add police radio live streams to it. not sure if that's what your looking for but should check it out.

I'd be interested in the live police radio streams, but my main goal for now is just trying to listen to Independence FM while I'm patrolling.

You can do it with the trainer just disable that hotkey for the trainer so it doesn't do that.

That doesn't work. I've tried several times and no matter what it's still N that skips the song.

There is a mod for the radio to be on at all times, while on foot or in the car.  It's at GTA4-mods.com, just do a search.
