edit: If you do want a laptop that can run GTA IV, you're going to need a higher budget.

 

Gaming desktops are cheaper then gaming laptops.

Well,  It could. You would lag like a bitch though.  Just save up and built a custom gaming PC.

Yeah, it's a core i3, it can handle GTA IV. But like they said, with the other specs; it'll barely handle it.

Don't buy laptop. Desktop is better. You can buy for example i5 and GF660Ti or HD7790
