Is there any possible way to install police cars into LCPD:FR without using SparkIV? SparkIV doesn't work on my computer for some odd reason. Try to keep it simple for me, I'm not very good with this kind of stuff, Thanks.

    I was having trouble with Sparks IV also, just move ALL Sparks files (including .exe) into the main GTA directory worked for me.
