Is there any possible way to install police cars into LCPD:FR without using SparkIV? SparkIV doesn't work on my computer for some odd reason. Try to keep it simple for me, I'm not very good with this kind of stuff, Thanks.

I have GTA IV and everytime I wanna play, I need to sign into Social Club. Once I fill in all the info like the username and password, I click "play". After I click "play", the Social Club window closes. After that, nothing happens and it just keeps closing and not working everytime I try to log in. Does anybody know how to fix this? I'm not a mastermind with computer crap so try to keep it sweet and simple. Thanks.

How do I set up my mic in LCPDFR? I already have a mic installed into my laptop. I know that you have to go to like the home menu, settings, then voice. What do I do after that? Thanks.

How do I arrest people in LCPD:FR? I turn my sirens on and I ride behind the car that I want to pull over. The car stops then when I walk out of my police car. Once I walk out of my police car the vehicle that I want to pull over drives off and I never even get a chance to give them a warning,citation, or drive them to jail. Why is this?

I've been trying to look for a digital download for gta 4 for the pc. They're not available in my area. I was wondering if any of you knew where I can download GTA IV for the PC online. Thanks.

I'm trying to download lcpdfr and they need to check my system compability. This is what it says. .NET Framework 4: FULL PROFILE (don't have) Visual C++ 2010 Redistrutable (don't have) Legitimate copy of GTA IV (have) Games for windows live redistrutable 3 (don't have) What do these mean and how am I supposed to get it?
