Wow, lots of people seem to love Alderney! In my opinion, it wouldn't be that practical to live in because there's not much to do there. It's mostly industrial/highway and it houses the Alderney State Correctional Facility which is surrounded by the Acter Industrial Park. 

Probably somewhere in Aldreny because that's where I actually live as of right now.

Downtown Liberty City (Algonquin)

Probably somewhere up in Alderney - Leftwood. The rents in Algonquin are just too damn high!

Mines would have to be Little Italy.The buildings and streets look awesome :D

possibly Westdyke or Middle Park West

I'd go Steinway or EIC in Dukes because Irish, or Lower Easton for proximity to good Chinese and Italian restaurants, or somewhere north of Middle Park. Broker's not a bad place to live, but my Baltic language skills are non-existent and my Russian isn't much better, and Bohan is a little too run down for my tastes. Alderney...Look, I was born in New Jersey, my parents were born and raised there, but we left when I was one year old. So it's more a place to visit than to live.

 

Also, too many mob bosses.

 

Somewhat related, I really wish Rockstar had kept the ability to buy property from San Andreas.
