Im using windows 7

It installed fine, but when i start it i login to social club but nothing happends.

yea im having this same issue i really want this mod but i cant get it to install completely i get this error

He didn't quote your post, he quoted someone with a different error.

 

It's possible that you're not running the installer correctly. Are you sure that you are/have:

 

-A legitimate copy of GTAIV

-Running the installer as administrator by right clicking on it and clicking "run as administrator"

-Unticked "read only" for the Grand Theft Auto IV folder and it's subfolders (right click, properties, untick read only)

I got all that, but its not starting up

Update windows before u start doing any modding, windows usually need to update on a fresh install. Then try adding LCPDFR
