    They'd be under ...\EFLC\TBOGT\PC\models\cdimages\vehicles.img if you're looking for EFLC cars , specifically TBoGT ones.

[update]

I replaced the stinger with the charger, and the charger has a red kinda glow coming from it, if i turn the camera a certain way you can see the red. Can i fix this ?

go to \Rockstar Games\EFLC\TBoGT\common\data\carcols.dat and change

That should remove any pearl effect and just make the car appear white.

navigate to ...\EFLC\TBOGT\common\data and find carcols.dat. Open it with notepad or notepad++, whatever you have. Then change those lines to what Break specified.

should it for some reason be read only, right click hit properties and deselect that option.

Right click and run notepad or notepad++ as admin, that or disable stupid UAC.

That done it :)
