I would recommend you to just upload them in the Downloads>Texture section. So people can download it from there if they are looking for it.

Its better that he does this IMO.

Time and time again people upload to the download section and that is why there is such low quality releases. Take a look at a few other sites(not gonna name any). 

Majority of the people who release always post a thread beforehand. This needs to be done more often here aswell to get feedback before releasing instead of after when people are pissed that it is bumping good mods off the recent upload list.

 

OP should probably include pictures though!
