Hi SkrilleX here! I need help with an issue. So i downloaded 0.95, it didnt work, so i deleted liblua51.dll(or whatever its named) and lua4net.dll and i run the 0.91 installation and then i get this error: Installation component 'LCPDFirstResponse' error'd!

Did you uninstall 0.95 before you installed 0.91?

I looked up another tread on how to downgrade and it said i just had to delete liblua51.dll and lua4net.dll before i ran the 0.91 installation

1. Delete the 2 files you said

2. Delete LCPDFRDebug.txt,LCPDFR.txt

3. Go to your scripts folder and delete FirstResponse,FirstResponse.net.dll,and the LCPDFR Folder

4. Install 0.91

5. Enjoy

You didn't have to delete liblua... You just had to delete what taximan said. LCPDFR content inside scripts folder. Or even just LCPDFR.net.dll

and it was necessary to delete those 2 files. at least for me xD

Try running as admin if that didn't work.

I hope you start the Installer as an admin (right click on the exe. and choose "run as an admin...").

You could install it to your desktop. Then place the files manually.

Thx for the tip but i have uninstalled GTA IV and waiting for it to finish installing right now, im gonna see if that works :)

When it asks you to link your account, just leave it blank and hit next. I had the same error and what I said worked for me.
