Hello community

 

The ELS doesn't work. I show u my steps:

 

-Reinstalled GTA IV

-Installed Patch v1.0.7.0

-Installed the latest LCPD:FR mod with GPMInstaller2.1

-Installed NB's Mega car pack vol. 1 and edited the ELS config file with the settings from the pack

-Edited the trainer.ini - no keybindings anymore

-Started the game

-Startet LCPDFR by pressing Alt+P - works

-Ctrl+M and Alt+M don't work - ELS not started

-Took a watch to the LCPDFR console and saw that the ELS isn't started

 

Other mods work perfectly... only the ELS not.

 

What can I do?

Try removing NB's Config and replace it with the default one. Or rename it default config.

Fixed. Topic moved to Gameplay/Misc Modifications.

 

The ELS config file has still the standard name. Only the content has been edited with the modified values from NB's car pack (BTW: ELS doesn't work with the original content either).

 

I really don't know what's wrong. If I sit in an ELS-car there are just some random lights turned on. But I can't use ELS. Oo

I have attached a compressed screenshot. So u see what I mean with "random lights on".

 

If I press G, I just can hear the siren, no lights. Cars without ELS have the standard lights, which work perfectly when I press G.

 

I hope someone can help me! Maybe staff of the ELS developers.

Do you have latest version of Scripthookdotnet? I don't know if it's required to run that, but LCPD:FR doesn't have it, so you might consider getting it :D

put nb_mega_pack.ini in the ELS folder and rename it to default_config.ini in the ELS folder.  now in the ELS.ini make sure that settings are turn on.

 

from this:

 

[ POLICE ]
Status = off
File = default_config

 

To this:

 

[ POLICE ]
Status = on
File = default_config

 

if you didn't rename the file it would look like this.

 

[ POLICE ]
Status = on
File =nb_mega_pack _config

 

And in the ELS folder would look like this if you didn't renamed it

 

 nb_mega_pack_config.ini

 

 

 

 

 

 

As I said the config is ok.

 

I use AdvancedHook v0.1f14 and ScriptHook v0.5.1... both the latest one. Also dsound and all the other needed extensions.

 

There is nothing installed wrong!

You didn't answer if you have Scripthookdotnet?
