I use the Los Angeles Emergency Services pack, and none of the cars appear to have spotlight coordinates. Is there any way I can manually find them, or anybody has them?

You can do what I do.  Enable the spotlight on vehicle and look take note of it's location visually.  Disable spotlight and hit esc.  While in the menu screen hit alt_tab and bring up the spotlight ini.  Now adjust your settings for that slot and save but don't close it.  Now go back into the game, you should still be in the menu screen so hit esc to go back to the game itself.  Press the tilde key, this here ---> ~ and type in reloadscripts.  As soon as it reloads them, might take a minute, press the tilde again to remove the console screen and enable the spotlight again.  Keep repeating until you get the coordinates you like.
