would anybody know how to relfelct lights on ground on els v7 asap

In your ELS.ini file, look for environmental lighting (ENV Lighting), located in the Main Configuration section.  Increase the values to your own liking.  I believe the main settings are the last three starting withENVMult...increase those numbers to your liking.  

 

Mine are:

 

[ ENV LIGHTING ]

Range_PRML = 70

Inten_PRML = 20

Range_SECL = 7

Inten_SECL = 10

Range_WRNL = 7

Inten_WRNL = 9

EnvMult_Morning = 0.5

EnvMult_Evening = 0.8

EnvMult_Night = 1.2
