Thats Amazing... Good Job. When Its done I am Going to Download It, Also Put a Youtube Video Up to show us How To Use it :)

Once everything is completed i will do a youtube walkthrough of the program. Its still in early development stage, so dont expect it this week, or maybe this month. I still have alot of work to do. I still need to create the database for the program to pull information from, which will take awhile since lcpdfr uses something like 2 million names, so its going to be difficult. But if anyone is familiar with C++ i could use the help! haha

why not just make it any random name generates any random background?

I was considering that, that might be what i do for the beta release, however, i want to make the dispatcher able to run a background check on an individual, then issue a warrant for that person if they end up shooting the officer, or something to that effect. But a randomly generated search is probably what i will do for the first release

So does this link all players together and allow us to send callouts / suspect ID's to other people via the program?

Processor: Intel i5-6600 @ 3.30GHz

No, unfortuantly i am not very skilled when it comes to coding. However if i had someone helping me who knew how to do that, then it could be a possibility. Right now, all it will do is make it to where if you had a dispatcher who is not in game, they can run the program and set the status for units, set their call signs, do background checks, lookup license plate data (registered owner, if they have insurance, and if the plate is expired) and keep a log of the calls that their units make.

I was kind of working on something similar to this, but it's a flash conversion and pretty simplistic!  This looks awesome, and far exceeds what I've done! :O   If I knew more about coding, the thing I would most certainly implement would be a "gps tracking system," of sorts.

What I mean is that when you are in-game during an online session, other players' positions are indicated on the map.  I should think it would be fairly simple to pull that data from the game's exe and translate it into a street name, that would update say every 5 seconds.  This would be immensely useful to the player acting as dispatcher, as he/she would know which unit is closest to an incident, as well as pinpoint where to send assistance should it be requested.

Like I said, I'm not a programmer by any means, but I do believe that it would be possible.  I'm not sure how it works exactly, but the game "OMSI: Bus Simulator" has mods that pull output data from the exe and display it in a separate program file.

Looking forward to the release.  Cheers!

*Edit*

And if not specific street names, surely one could forward the pause-menu map into a separate program that would at least show blips. :S

there is currently a gps script that has been released, but there were a few issues with the creaters server so i believe that he took down the script. But i can add another tab that can pull up his website once the script is re-released. then i can map a button to that tab that will open the map, thats about the best i can do scripting wise. like i stated before, im not a coder/scripter, so im learning as i go.

that would be a good option.

ok, ill add in that option. I also just added some more code to the program so now it will save all GFWL ID fields when the program closes so you wont have to type in everyones name every time you open the program. I wont make the program save call signs since das always changes your call sign..... well until that new DAS program is released that is. but for now it will not save those fields.
