Link works for me. I'm going to try and test it out. Not really sure how to use it yet though. Looks very promising.

Right now, all it will do is make it to where if you had a dispatcher who is not in game, they can run the program and set the status for units, set their call signs, do background checks, lookup license plate data (registered owner, if they have insurance, and if the plate is expired) and keep a log of the calls that their units make. 

 

Sorry for being a bit of a noob here, this looks really interesting but I'm not entirely sure of its purpose?

 

I guess my main question is, is this just a role play program? Where you have a friend playing the game and you with the program?

 

Or does it actually link into the game in some way properly?

It is more of a roleplay type program. It was created to be used by clans that have dispatchers, that way dispatchers can keep track of locations of incidents and keep a log of what was happening, and also do person/plate look ups to determine if someone is wanted.

Ahh ok ,thought so. No good for me given that I only ever play sp :P

 

but even so it looks good. Although I would suggest perhaps adding images or skins to it so it seems a little more like a network police tool. Because to me it looks like a simple vb.net windows forms build :)
