1) I've made my first model, and everything is working fine, except one thing: I can't get the CVPI Mirror Light model working:

The ELS is working in game, on the mirror lights, right where it should be, but the mirror model (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2063 ) don't work ; I've placed it before the default mirror, in the Zmodeler Hierarchy, and it's working in Zmodeler, but in game, i can't see the model, it's the default mirror. What can i do ?

What's the name of it's mesh? also attach the mirror you added directly to the door.

2) I also would like to add strobes light, in the headlight (or actually, the indicator), but i can't get it flashing in white in game, it's transparancy ... how can i get the strobes light flashing in white ?

Sorry, i'm very new with zmodeler ;

By mesh, i think you mean the name of the mirror in the hierarchy ? It's "mirror_light"

Can you upload the z3d file (everything you have is unlocked anyways so).

After you mirror the object, you have to flip the normals.

 

Strobes need to be above the glass in the hierarchy, and moved in front of the object it supposed to flash. If that still doesn't work, you need to create a new material for your glass.

lol, why would he need to upload the Z3D? Granted everything is unlocked but its still his project.

I made a mirror, then flip the normals like you said but the result is weird ...

The strobe mesh needs to be assigned to material with the suffix "lightsemissive".

Nevermind just do what EVI said.
