Hello guys how are you can someone tell me or does someone know how I can run the Police Mod for GTA SA with the Germen Version (It's Version 2.0) ?

You can, but generally for modding SA you should (and ins some cases must) downgrade to 1.0 (US). I use 1.0 and it works better, so I recommend downgrading if you can!
