When I watched Nikolai's ELS V7 preview I noticed the lightbar that he had on his Crown Vic and it got me searching all over the internet for it but I never seemed to have found it or anything fairly similar. So I was wondering if anyone might know what kind of lightbar that is and if it has been publicly released, if not I may look into it and try to re-create a similar lightbar.

    It's a whelen Ultra Freedom, which he basically created by fusing two Liberty lightbars. There's a few mods out there that use this lightbar.

    If you know your way around in ZModeler, you should have no problem with editing a unlocked Liberty lightbar bar in to a Ultra Freedom.
