After I downloaded LCPDFR, I only see taxies, why? Is it normal???:)

Download TrafficFlow. It will fix the taxi bug

Like spiker84 said download traffic flow if not done so by now here is link,

 

just play online, traffic flow causes crashes and online is more stable, also allows your computer to run faster since there is less garbage that you can go through.

You can use Traffic Flow (texture loss and only 20-cars), Traffic Load (all 90+cars not as much texture issues as TF) and Chkmaru's Real Traffic which is the best one in my opinion.  Real Traffic has no texture loss and if you set traffic density to 20 or 25 it will look like NYC (LC) should look, with lots of traffic as well as abundant ped traffic.
