What is a really good "Game Booster" out there? 

Define "Booster" FPS? Gameplay? Graphics?

I have never tried any boosters but i think i will give it a try 

Razer Game Booster is the one I've tried. Made no difference beyond shutting down two applications that were running in the background which I could have done myself by opening task manager. No noticeable performance impact.

Game boosters really don't help at all, but something that does help is cleaning up your system, but this program you have to buy..

What it does, is it will clean up your system and will make it a lot faster. It will fix files, fix errors, ect... Cleans up ram use....

This works better then game boosters, like I said it makes your system faster over all, thus making games run better.......

 

 

Or you can just maintain your PC and not install a bunch of random crap. Registry entries and files don't really break themselves and RAM gets used by things you install yourself. Defraging your hard drive has also been automatic since Windows Vista. Those utilities are good for people who have absolutely no idea how to use a computer, but beyond that, I don't see that helping much either.
