it signs in syncs and then u tab back to game , but then when u click enter it says can not locate the item your looking for, help

Hey srthewolf, this is a known issue with the LSPDFR Sync and the built-in game web browser losing its token authentication. When you tab back into the game, the server session expires or fails to pass your character ID to the local files, triggering that item not found error.

To fix this and get the companion app synced, try these steps:

• First, close your game completely. Open your regular desktop internet browser, go to LCPDFR.com, sign out of your account, and then sign back in.

• Second, go to your main Grand Theft Auto V folder and check your lspdfr.ini file. Make sure you don't have any strict firewall rules or Windows Defender settings blocking RAGEPluginHook from accessing outbound web traffic.

• Third, instead of using Alt+Tab to sync, run your game in Borderless Windowed mode rather than Fullscreen. When the companion app asks you to link, do the browser auth, wait for the website to say Success, then wait about 10 seconds before clicking back into the game window and pressing Enter. This gives the local script enough time to fetch your profile data from the server.

If it still says it cannot locate the item, you might need to go to your LCPDFR website profile settings, navigate to the Connected Applications tab, unlink your LSPDFR Sync, and re-link it from scratch to clear the broken token.
