The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Your AV software is deleting it. You'll have to follow the instructions on the file page.

    Just to note you might need to add the game folder as an exception in windows security/your anti virus first, and then install RPH and LSPDFR, this will stop windows/the av from deleting anything in the folder. You can then add the RagePluginHook.exe itself as an exception to prevent windows/the av from restricting the program when it is running. (failing to save keybinds, options, failing to load, etc)

    i got it to work.

    i was doing a manual install and it wasn't installing the RageHook.

    i decided to try the setup file instead and when I ran it it installed the RageHook.

    It is now working
