can someone change the skin to an LCPD skin with the shield and everything. Thanks alot my photoshop is not working.

Also please change the shield in the bumper sticker

We are not allowed to redistribute this skin as only yakadafi/EVI has permission.

My photo shop is down and i want it changed to a lcpd skin. Just change the writing to LCPD and the shields also the one on the bumper sticker. Thanks so much! :)

I will do it.

Edit: I won't start editing until permission is given. BTW I think there is a LCPD skin for CVPI with same style somewhere out there any way.

Yes Personal use you are allowed to edit. But releasing is not allowed

Personal use, I'm not sure technically. I generally have a rule of "as long as it never leaves my disk, no one cares". However, it can be risky - there is a set of skins I've put a bunch of time into, but it's unreleasable because I don't know who made some bits.

Hi can some one please edit this skin. I want all the same thing colors and everything just change the shields to LCPD ones and the letters to LCPD also change the shield on the bumper sticker, thanks so much! I need this done ASAP so the quicker the better thanks guys!

^ I know people get out of hand its insane, for god sake its just a skin! not like a movie or anything where i can make money! Like i just want it for my game, im not photoshop savy, sorry .
