I can't seem to get even just the base LSPDFR to run anymore!

I keep getting this error:

    if you still have the error rename your mods folder to _mods

    This is, unfortunately, a totally fresh install. Just LSPDFR, nothing else.

    May try a reinstall of GTA V!
