The ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_ALLOC error occurs because GTA V's memory allocator limit (which defaults to around 500 MB) is maxed out.

Fix: Increase Memory Heap & Limits

1. Install Heap Adjuster

  1. Download Heap Adjuster (or Heap Limit Adjuster) from GTA5-Mods.

  2. Extract the downloaded zip file.

  3. Copy HeapAdjuster.asi (and HeapAdjuster.ini if included) directly into your root Grand Theft Auto V main directory.

  4. If it includes an .ini file, open it and set the heap allocation value to 2000 or 2048.

2. Install Packfile Limit Adjuster

  1. Download Packfile Limit Adjuster from GTA5-Mods.

  2. Extract and copy PackfileLimitAdjuster.asi and PackfileLimitAdjuster.ini into your root Grand Theft Auto V directory.
