The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You seem to have an issue with your MoreRadioChatter installation, maybe try reinstalling it

There was no crash in the log, so it's either a script mod issue, or a mods folder issue. Try renaming your mods folder to _mods and see if it still crashes
