Yeah it's me again. I fixed my issue. Now i get the bad antivirus error. Things I tried:

• Turning off the antivirus completely and adding the gtav folder and the RPH to exceptions.

• Running RPH as admin.

• Running RPH with compability mode win 8 (i use win 11) with the playgtav.exe

• Turning off all overlays (NVIDIA, Steam, Discord etc.).

Battleye is closed btw.

Forgot to add smth.

Set your folder permissions by right clicking your ga folder - properties - security - make sure user, system and admin have all hooks/ permissions

You can also try to first start gta, once youre ingame and you can move your character, tab out and start rph

I already did those too, sorry for not typing them.

I also tried to hook inside the game, that doesnt work too.

If you are still on the Xbox store version it's not going to work
