after i hit download on the right side of the screen for whatever mod then the agreement screen pops up i hit yes then a download banner appears in the middle of the screen and most of the time i have to click on it like 5 to 10 times before is starts to download! I'll take a screen shot next time. it just started like a week ago for me. and doesn't happen all the time very weird.
