Does LSPDFR even work for you? You are missing both LSPD First Reponse.dll and LSPD First Reponse.pdb.

I recommend uninstalling LSPDFR using the uninstaller, and then download the manual install and installing it manually.

If this is your used GPU memory, you will need to add the rest in the ResourceAdjuster.ini, but you're not using it all so it shouldn't be an issue

lspdfr is in my plugin folder the two files

Okay no worries.

I would suggest removing all the adjusters you have installed, as well as opencameraV and trying with only LSPDFR and RPH and see if you still have the issue.

Have you modified any of the original .rpf's with openiv?

I just deleted them and opencamera and still having the issue im so confused because this has never happened to me before...

I see you have openiv.asi in your folder. Have you modified any of the original .rpf files?

Not at all no, It's so weird because i disable to plugin folder and just run RPH and go to that exact area and its fine but whenever the plugin folder is active then that happens..

I did that and still nothing changed

Okay, I don't know what is wrong with your game then, considering openiv.asi is in your folder I suspect one of your original .rpfs has been edited. I suggest starting with a fresh copy of the game, not sure what else would be causing it.

Otherwise you will have to just put up with it, if it's only in 2 locations
