PLEASE HELP, having a stupid problem where my ai police are comepletely stuck all over the map, its like they are trying to drive but they are stuck, if i request backup they are stuck blocks away and NEVER show up.

The only thing i have in mind i couldve messed up is a replaced my handling.meta and vehicles.meta files a few days ago, but i honestly didnt backup my original, but could this even be the problem
