Somethings triggering the ELS keys. Do you have any idea what mod could do that?

@ Interference: nope I've only ELS+police car mods+LCPDFR

I noticed that it said lighting mode was activated. Keep pressing the , key until it says that it's deactivated and that should solve the issue. Not a bug, if you hit ALT-M you'll see that the last option on the menu is constantly cycling through. Not sure what this mode is for however.

You have the Automatic ELS mode on (ALT+T) but you use the LCPDFR controls to trigger the lights. Avoid the LCPD:FR emergency light controls if you are using ELS, instead use J and K to trigger lights.
