I am pleased to announce that i have another ENB MOD in development and it'll be 10x better than the last one. We are talking, Clear Stars at Night Time, Not too dark, Police lights bright enough during the day & at night. NO RED SKY BUG Has been encountered as of yet. Please follow this forum due to the fact all updates will be posted here. Also i will be including a few extras with this new ENB Mod. But as of right now the Release date is TBA but i have so far been able to confirm that NO RED SKY BUG Exists! I have also been able to notice the difference on the CPU performance too and it doesn't appear to be effecting game play at all to where it makes the game slow and laggy which we all hate and want to avoid:)

Just a heads up, if you get into contact with ChinaGreenElvis, he'll let you use his shaders, which fix the red sky, floating box, inverted RGB Sky and black line. I'm using them with a custom version of iCE right now and they work wonders.

It should do. Unfortunately i cant test it for EFLC because i have the game of it but the disc somehow cracked in my DVD drive and now i cant play it because it won't even recognize it:( All i need is disk one

You don't need to contact him. He released them looooooong time ago. You should check some times GTA4-Mods.com, it's the biggest site for GTA 4 mods.

I know he released them for public use, but I was under the impression you had to ask to include the shaders in your own mod instead of a link.

Well, since every ENB can't be locked & CGE released properly them aside from any ENB, it's clear that he aims for people to use it. + other GTA communty sites aren't that pointy on credits & all that kind of stuff like this place is

 

Furthermore, almost every ENB released features parts/files from other ENB as you could notice. Aaaaand this because every single person has a different PC & wants to modify a certain ENB by his likings (meaning he's free to do so).

Hmm anyway about EFLC.... Usually every ENB works but the big deal is the timecyc, because EFLC uses different & it will look pretty bad withu any. So what do you think if I end you the timecyc files & so you just copy the values from normal one into the right place? :)

looks very nice but from the last few times i installed a enb i had to reinstal my game. either crashed or froze up. no clue why though. i would love to use this one.

Is there any way to dim the LED's? They are so bright you can't see the light bar or headlights.
