Can someone recommend the best graphics mods for GTA 5 that can still give me around 60 FPS? I’m using a laptop with an RTX 3050 and I want to get the best possible visuals without hurting performance too much. I’d also like to add brighter emergency lights. I’d really appreciate it if someone could explain which mods to use and how to set them up properly.

Agreeing with Lennyy here, I originally started with QuantV's free version, switched to NVR, then NVE, and used that for the longest time. Both are performance-heavy, especially if you end up using Reshade or ENB. Though this is with using an actual PC, not a laptop, so results could vary.

I am also currently using CoreFX alongside ENB (CoreFX has one, but I've made my own). I don't like paying for graphics mods, as many people don't.

Needless to say, try out CoreFX with or without the ENB that they provide, and then install or modify your emergency lighting to your preference if you don't like it.

CoreFX is a good free graphic mod, but CoreFX doesn't have compatibility with other graphic mods. Quantv is a very good graphic mod but if you don't want to spend money on Patreon. Then you could download the older version of quantv (2.1.4) on gtainside.de.NVE Classic is a good choice. Or VisualV. And for the brighter emergency lights, I recommend radianceV or MSTB developments brighter emergency lights.
