The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Try updating your RageNativeUI. 

If you used one that was in a mod folder, it was more than likely very outdated. 

It looks like your log is saying "ERROR: These Dependencies are Outdated: RageNativeUI: SuperCallouts could not load!"

Give that a try and let me know!

So it's looking like there is an error in your "PlayerDutyController" in line 69. 

Another error is in the same "PlayerDutyController" in line 371. 

And the last error is is "ConsoleCommands" in 226. 

Try to to fix these errors and the Unhandled Exception should stop popping up.

Because this isn’t a folder. The information they provided is incorrect.

Please try the following instead:

 

  1. Update IPT.Common: https://github.com/Immersive-Plugins-Team/IPT.Common/releases/tag/1.4.4
  2. Update MCCallouts

Then report back if you’re still having problems.
