Whilst I appreciate the effort, it may be worth checking what was discussed prior to posting the log to a log reading tool and just share its output…
Put double the values and see if that helps at all.

If you still have issues I’d update my game rph and LSPDFR and the beforementioned plugins before doing any other troubleshooting.

I found the issue it was TRAFFICSTOP_START_ModifierKey it was set as 09sje I change it and it works now

I actually wouldn't mind this feature. Not sure if they would add it to GTA VI, but with R* having the horse mechanics down pretty nicely in RDR2, it would be nice to see it in VI.

Strange, both logs were put into the LSPDFR Helper bot and it says that both logs didn't show any issues. 

Hopefully someone will come along and have the solution!

So it's looking like there is an error in your "PlayerDutyController" in line 69. 
Another error is in the same "PlayerDutyController" in line 371. 
And the last error is is "ConsoleCommands" in 226. 
Try to to fix these errors and the Unhandled Exception should stop popping up. 
 

So for some reason this fire is caused by Open all Interiors. I have come across a few streams that displayed this as being the reason for the issue, same location. There may be a fix in turning off one of the Paleto Interiors but I havent personally checked for a solution. 99% confirmed that its from Open all Interiors tho as the source of the problem.
