I checked on GTAmoddingchest (original release) and It was not there. I'm guessing he deleted the file.??

Afraid it may be this way. It sucks because the slicktop caprice is awesome but crashes my game when the windows are shot.

I should really start checking modding-chest more. This is exactly the reason I download tons and tons of mods I don't plan on using right away.

(My consolation is that EVI's cars don't normally work for me, because the lights are too dim. Still, though.)

I think I might start doing that with the Popular modders such as EVI, KevinDV...so on, good idea.

 

About the lights, I use this- http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=3 with EVI's cars to make the lights brighter.
