The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Is there a website or thing where you / I can pay someone to help install plugins and etc and find out why my LSPDFR crashes?

Currently, my LSPDFR runs fine but I tend to install a bunch of plugins/addons and my LSPDFR crashes and I can never find out why it crashes I have to end up completely installing GTA 5 again.

(I know there is a discord / the RPH discord and reddit but it takes literal hours to days to get a response.
