HELP IT SAIDS Dissconnected because your computer is running to slowly and it's not.

It can be down to CPU performance and your network connection.

There are multiple ways, but it depends on the cause.  

 

The most likely cause is due to your FPS dipping below a certain threshold, if this is what's happening in your case you might consider one of the following options:

 

• lowering your graphics settings,
• removing some mods,
• Try using this script: http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/low-fps-protection-f18692 this apparently teleports you away from busy scenes if your FPS drops below a certain point for a number of seconds or 
• use a commandline with various arguments to attempt to make more memory available to GTAIV.  For example I use:

 

 

-memrestrict 790626304 

-restrictApp 0

-percentvidmem 100

 

 

I also have good results using:

 

-availablevidmem 100

-percentvidmem 3.3

I get this alot. You simply just have to back out to Single Player and have your group re-invite you. I usually rotate who sends me invites. So for example if player A sends you an invite and it doesnt work have player B send you a invite and see if that works. GTA is very unstable in MP and some nights you may not be able to connect at all. You just have to keep trying.

If your talking about the commandline.txt, That goes in your gta iv root directory.

If you're talking about the Teleport script, it goes in your scripts folder.

@BraveHeart, which one do I have to pick do I do it all at once or which one, because my textures was lost and I know how to fix it but there is a problem, Please reply quick so I can go on patrol with my clan.

Why are you bumping? Replying multiple times is not going to get you quicker help, trying to get this to the top of the page. PM Braveheart about it, And what do you mean "Which one do I pick" You posted in the forum options for your post....At this point no one knows what your problem is, Or what you are trying to install. We would need your specs of your PC to see if you can handle gta:iv, You are getting disconnected in MP Because your FPS or internet is dropping below the point where it autokicks you. Please post your full list of specs.
