How come whenever i arrest a suspect it handcuffs them and lays them on the ground and they become frozen. i cant put them in my car or call for transport.

You are doing a gunpoint arrest, you need to do a normal arrest (same key, don't aim gun).

Try aiming but without a gun using same button.

excuse me , i saw on video...that a suspect was showing his card and officer took that card and walked into car , then he was looking about the card on car computer ? whats in that ? is that checking about him maybe he has some warrants or else ?
