Game Crashing and no LSPDFR tap in pause menu

Looking to see if someone could please help understand what is going on with my game, LSPFR was crashing after load up, after doing a full re-install of LSPDFR and ScrpthookV it is now taking me straight into the apartment with no LSPDFR tap option, so frustrating and really need help, I have attached my latest RPH log, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I tried it and still loads with no LSPDFR tab, I don't really know how to decipher the log but I do see where it says "WARN" and something to do with uniforms, could this be an issue with characters or something?

Update LSPDFR. The issues you are having are directly linked to your old LSPDFR version.
