I like the fact that you used the NYSP Tahoe on the highway, the best place for it. Which map did you use?

 

Appears to be but he didn't load the objects from objects.ini through the trainer, resulting in a lack of buildings.

thank you, map is Countryside Mountains V, i never patrol in city.. buildings dissapear all the time and its laggy there, but at countryside mountains everythings perfect!

There's buildings, you need Simple Native Trainer. In the download for the map there was a file called "objects.ini," you put that in the GTA IV directory. Then you open the trainer (F3), go to the objects menu and then to "load objects from objects.ini" or whatever it says. It might take a few seconds or even minutes to load all of the objects and it will teleport you to the entrance to Countryside Mountains.
