    Open for requests again BUT to download the skin u have to download it via ShareCash/FileIce, you will have to do a survey to get the download unlocking. Sorry only way to keep getting spammed with requests.

    there isnt a download link for these no 1 has made them yet. i want the the swat truck to replace the swat truck(enforcer) and unstead of saying "burbank police" i want it to say "LCPD ESU" . for the heli it would replace the police heli(polmav) and the boat would replace the police boat(predator).
