Well, it can mean a process is running in the background causing your fps to get low, If you have an antivirus, disable it while playing, also, make sure no Windows Update are working in the background or other real-time background. You should use GameBooster to stop any unnecessary service while playing and then when done, you can restore to normal.

    Before you run this super unstable game, make site you have all unnesscary process closed

     

     

    Listen, Turn off all other shitty programs, use GameBooster an smaller screen resolution.

    A better graphics card or PC is an amazing way to speed it up.
